Affogato
What is it? An espresso drink with ice cream in it.
Step 1
Pick out your favorite ice cream and scoop it into a ball. Preferable to use vanilla.
Step 2
Brew up a fresh shot of espresso.
Step 3
Next, slowly pour the espresso shot over the ice cream.
Step 4
Sip and enjoy.
My take on it...
I make this drink pretty regularly and find it absolutely delicious. I like to use Turkey Hill vanilla ice cream and sometimes I’ll pour a little chocolate sauce on top. Two thumbs up.
