Black Eye
What is it? A cup of drip coffee with 2 shots of espresso in it.
Step 1
Brew up 2 fresh shots of espresso.
Step 2
Next, pour the espresso into a mug.
Step 3
Pour fresh drip coffee over the 2 shots of espresso.
Step 4
Sip and enjoy.
My take on it...
I haven’t had a black eye yet but I’m sure it’s tasty. There are 2 concentrated espresso shots mixed in a cup of coffee… I would be bouncing off the walls! I will try it and report back.
