Café au lait
What is it? A cup of drip coffee with steamed milk in it.
Step 1
Pour yourself half a cup of fresh drip coffee.
Step 2
Steam the milk.
Step 3
Pour the steamed milk over the drip coffee.
Step 4
Sip and enjoy.
My take on it...
I love drip coffee, so adding steamed milk to it only enhances it and makes a fuller drink in my opinion.Similar to a latte but different, this uses drip coffee and not espresso.
