What is it? Smooth milky coffee drink of espresso and steamed milk.
Step 1
Brew up a fresh shot of espresso.
Step 2
Next, pour the espresso into a glass.
Step 3
Steam the milk.
Step 4
Pour the steamed milk over the espresso.
Sip and enjoy.
My take on it...
I had my first cortado at Blue Copper in Salt Lake City. Such a delicious and light textured coffee drink. I really enjoyed it.
