What is it? Espresso shot with a dollop of steamed milk and foam on top.
First, brew up a fresh shot of espresso.
Next, pour the espresso into a small mug.
Then, steam the milk.
Pour in a small dash of milk. Lastly, use a spoon to scoop out the top layer of foam. Fill the cup up with as much or as little foam as you would like.
Sip and enjoy.
