Pour Over

What is it? Pour water evenly over the coffee grounds to extract the full flavors to make an excellent cup of coffee.

Step 1

First, grind the beans to medium.

Step 2

Next, fill your gooseneck kettle with boiling water.

Step 3

Last but not least, dump the coffee grounds in the filter and place the filter in the pour over. Slowly pour the water around the grounds. Taking a break every few seconds to let the grounds settle.

Step 4

Sip and enjoy.

My take on it...

I had my first pour over at Soul Grind in Pacifica, California. This method really brings out the notes and I remember my coffee being delicious.
