First, grind the beans to medium.
Next, fill your gooseneck kettle with boiling water.
Last but not least, dump the coffee grounds in the filter and place the filter in the pour over. Slowly pour the water around the grounds. Taking a break every few seconds to let the grounds settle.
Sip and enjoy.
